Wikipedia is what the world reads! It is in your power to ensure that they read the right information about WASH topics. Joins us on the occasion of World Toilet Day (which is on 19 November) for this drive prior to World Toilet Day to collectively make a big push to improve Wikipedia’s content on WASH topics!
What: Sanitation Wikipedia Project
When: 1 September to 30 November 2017
Where: Wherever you and your computer are.
Who: You. On behalf of the 2.5 billion people without toilets 
How: Work solo or with friends nearby 
Why: To learn about sanitation, the public depends on Wikipedia, which gets 500 million visits a day.
Venue, date and time: The venue is your own desk but you can connect yourself to other Wikipedia editors and SuSanA members by using our virtual workroom via Adobe Connect. More information is provided in the link below.
Organizers: Members of the Sustainable Sanitation Alliance working on a Knowledge Management project led by Stockholm Environment Institute in a consortium with GIZ, Oxfam GB and WaterAid.
